A Day of Connection, Calm, and Care
We hosted a heartwarming and rejuvenating Mental Health Day where students came together to pause, reflect, and invest in their well-being through a series of thoughtful and soothing activities.
The event offered something for everyone! Whether it was the cute and calming presence of therapy dogs, the relaxing chair massages, the peaceful tea room, or the creatively refreshing art break space.
Each station served as a reminder that taking care of our mental health is not only important, but also something we can do together, as a community, with support and joy.
The energy throughout the forum was warm, welcoming, and filled with genuine connection. Students shared laughs, moments of reflection, and new ways to manage stress in a safe and supportive environment.
